Flu Nosode is available!  This homeopathic liquid preparation is made each year based upon the flu strains predicted to be most prevalent and is one of my favorite ways to prevent the flu in addition to proper nutrition, good sleep and regular exercise.  Even though Covid is the virus that everyone is focused on right now, the flu is actually circulating in addition to several other respiratory viruses.  The Flu Nosode is given on a schedule throughout the winter, is safe for all ages and does not interact with any medications or other vaccines.
